Dr. Kathy Crockett
Author, Teacher, Board Chair, Pure Hope Foundation Graduated from Texas A&M University and completed graduate work at Texas Tech University. MS in Leadership and has had formal training from the Center of Creative Leadership and the World Business Executive Coaching organization. Has been a facilitator for the Franklin Covey seminar entitled Great Leaders, Great Teams, Great Results. Completed an executive certificate program in Leadership through Cornell University.

Dr. Kathy Crockett develops customized training and seminars for students, non-profit organizations, churches, and corporate groups globally. She specializes in leadership, team building, business strategy, conflict, organizational change, communication, career assessments, and wellness. She also works with leaders as a professional development coach. Kathy has served on various boards and is currently the chair of the board for the Pure Hope Foundation and an executive board member for Parkridge Medical Clinic.
In addition to her work with leaders, Kathy is also the author of the Courageous Women of Faith series of books published in 2014, 2016, and 2020.
After a 22-year career as a Professor of Business at Lubbock Christian University, Kathy retired in 2019. Her teaching areas included leadership, management, and marketing. She created innovative experiential learning opportunities - study abroad trips to Italy, China, and Honduras as well as domestic trips to New York, Georgia, Tennessee, and seven years bringing students to the ACU Leadership Summit experience in Colorado. Kathy was hired by a university in Spain to teach an ‘American experience’ business course to their students in the summer of 2019. She also spent several years doing consulting work focused on market feasibility studies of new products for various clients. Kathy has been married to the love of her life, Steve, for 25 years. They have two daughters, Calley and her husband Heston, and Maddy who bring much joy to their lives. They are involved in mission ministries at their church.
