Today’s Girl Scouts, the premier leadership development organization for girls, is “not your Grandma’s” Girl Scouts. It is a vibrant organization where girls climb mountains, start their own businesses, build robots, combat climate change, and lead changes in legislation, as well as in their communities. Girl Scouts is where girls dare to make their mark on the world. These experiences provide girls with the essential skills that will serve them throughout their lives.

As the CEO of Girl Scouts of Greater Chicago and Northwest Indiana, Wright is committed to building resilient girls in today’s complicated, fast-paced world by focusing on mental wellness and workforce development. She has been instrumental in creating leading-edge partnerships with notable businesses and organizations such as Kellogg Company, Ann & Robert H. Lurie Children’s Hospital of Chicago’s Center for Childhood Resilience and WTTW.

As an executive, wife, and mother of two daughters, Wright is uniquely positioned and knows that Girl Scouts is inspiring future generations of problem solvers, change agents, and leaders.
